TME Troubleshoots

Your biggest challenge

“We had good sales momentum in the beginning, but it's slowed down.”

What tme says

Unlike the previous issue with low conversion rates, a drop in sales momentum can point to several issues with your offering or customer experience.

Product performance.

Does your product or service do what you said it was going to?

Success shareability.

If your product is performing, make it easy and fun for your customers to share their success. Positive testimonials, reviews and ratings will compound your sales and marketing efforts and instil confidence in potential customers.

Purchase experience.

Customers are buying more than a solution from you, they’re engaging in an experience, so design one that will make it as smooth as possible. Consider things like order confirmations, updates, responsive customer support, and any resources that might be of use to the customer. How can you reassure your customer that they’ve made the right decision to come on this journey with you?

Post-purchase experience.

Customer value extends beyond the initial transaction so always act like you have more to offer a customer after their first transaction.

Think about building a long-term relationship with your customers. Can you ask them about their experience with you? Can you improve your product or process based on their feedback? Is there a loyalty program you can build to reward repeat purchases or referrals? Can you provide the space for your customers to be in a community of like-minded people?
